Spooky Bones Resale is a consignment service that resells high-quality and unique apparel. We handle everything from photographing and listing your items on multiple resale platforms to managing buyer communication, shipping, and pricing strategies.

Traditional consignment usually means one storefront or one website. We do things differently. Spooky Bones lists your items wherever they have the best chance of selling, like eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, or Facebook Marketplace. Spooky Bones also sells at local markets or pop ups to get your items in front of the right people.

Spooky Bones focuses on pieces that can realistically sell for $25 or more. We specialize in 80s/90s vintage, premium casual brands, selvedge denim, and rare/vintage sports team apparel, but we’re happy to look at anything you think has value.

If an item you consign doesn’t meet our salability standards, you can either pick it back up, or leave it with Spooky Bones with the understanding that it will not be listed for sale.

You keep the majority of the final sale price. When you partner with Spooky Bones, we retain a commission from each sale to cover our professional services and platform costs. Because every collection is unique, your specific rate is tailored to your items during our initial consultation.

This percentage is clearly outlined in your consignment agreement, and you’ll have the opportunity to review and discuss it before any items are listed. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and informed before we make things official.

Spooky Bones operates locally in downtown Lancaster. Once you’ve submitted an interest form, we’ll coordinate a time that’s convenient for you to drop off your items.

If something has not sold after the agreed minimum selling period, you choose what happens next. I can return it to you, donate it to a local charity, or keep it listed.

If you consign with Spooky Bones, you’ll get access to a client portal where you can check on the status of your items and review details about sales and payments.

Once an item sells and the buyer has received it without issues, Spooky Bones will process your payout. Payouts are made via ACH.

Items must be listed for the agreed upon minimum selling period. If you decide you no longer want to sell an item after that period, let us know as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t already been sold, We’ll remove it from our listed inventory and arrange for you to pick it up.

Spooky Bones handles all buyer communication, including questions, disputes, or returns. You do not have to deal with any of it.

Spooky Bones cannot guarantee that every item will sell, but we will always be honest about what we think is worth listing. If we do not believe an item will sell for at least $25, we will tell you up front.
