Terms of service.

1. Item Acceptance Policy

Condition: Items must be clean, free of strong odors (like smoke or mildew), come from a smoke-free home, and be in good, sellable condition matching the description provided.

Approval Process: Spooky Bones Resale reviews all items after drop-off. Final acceptance is determined once inventory is complete.

2. Pricing Policy

Collaborative Pricing: Spooky Bones researches the market, check platform trends, and consider your input when setting prices.

Adjustments: Spooky Bones Resale reserves the right to adjust prices for market conditions, promotions, or to encourage sales.

3. Listing and Platform Strategy Policy

Platform Selection: Items will be listed on multiple platforms according to a listing strategy devised by Spooky Bones Resale. Items may also be offered for sale on Spooky Bones Resale’s website and in-person at physical pop-up sales.

Exclusive Listing: While your items are with Spooky Bones Resale, they may not be listed or sold independently elsewhere.

4. Payment Policy

Schedule: Payments are processed within 7 business days after a sale is complete and the buyer has received and confirmed the item.

Method: Payments are sent via ACH.

5. Unsold Item Policy

Listing Period: Items must be listed for at least 90 days.

Options After 90 Days: Once the initial 90-day period is up, you can either pick up your unsold items or let Spooky Bones Resale continue listing them.

6. Termination Policy

Termination: You may request your items back at any time after the initial 90-day period. Items must be collected within 7 calendar days after a termination request. After that, ownership transfers to Spooky Bones Resale.

Breaches: Spooky Bones Resale reserves the right to terminate agreements if policies are not followed or items are misrepresented.

7. Liability Policy

Storage and Handling: Spooky Bones Resale takes reasonable precautions to protect your items while they are in our care.

Limitations: Spooky Bones Resale is not liable for damage during shipping to buyers or unforeseen platform issues such as disputes or delays.
